Where we deliver
We deliver inside Saudi Arabia only for now, to any address with a National Address.
Delivery fee
Delivery is SAR 9 per order, however many journals it holds. Checkout shows it in the total before you pay, and nothing is added afterwards.
When your journal arrives
It arrives within 7 days of payment.
Before you pay we show the expected delivery window: from the third to the seventh day after payment. When the payment succeeds we fix that window on your order as the agreed date, and you find it in the confirmation and on your order page.
If we run late we tell you and give you a new date. If the delay passes 15 days, you may cancel the order and we refund the full amount. The detail is in the Terms of sale.
The National Address
We ask for your National Address short code: four letters and four digits, like ABCD1234. From it we complete your full address, and it is what brings the courier to your door.
You find it in the Absher app or the SPL app.
Following your order
- Your order page shows its status at any time; it opens for you after payment.
- If you give your email, you get a confirmation after payment, and another when we hand your parcel to the carrier, with its tracking number.
If delivery fails
The courier calls the mobile number on the order. If delivery is not possible, message us with your order number and we arrange another time.
Please check your mobile number and address before you pay; they are the most common cause of a late delivery.
Gifts
If you mark the order as a gift:
- No paper showing a price goes in the parcel.
- We print your message on a card that travels with the gift, signed with your name, or unsigned if you would rather the recipient not know who sent it.
- If you give the recipient's name and mobile, the courier calls them instead.
- The receipt and order updates come to you, not to the recipient.
